— The next event between TNA and Wrestle-1 is expected to take on July 6th from Tokyo, Japan. According to sources, The Great Muta is telling people that he wants to book a match between Kurt Angle and Masakatsu Funaki on that show.

— TNA announced over the weekend at their live events that referee Earl Hebner has called over 100,000 matches in his career. No word on if that’s really true.

— After losing their TV deal through Sport1 in Germany, there are rumors that Tele5 will be picking up iMPACT! in the country.

— Indy wrestler Chase Owens worked a TNA live event in Johnson City, TN this past weekend. He wound up losing to Samuel Shaw at the event. Another local indy wrestler – Shawn Shultz – worked a weekend TNA live event in Knoxville, TN. He also faced Samuel Shaw and wound up losing.
