The final match for WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair took place on Sunday night, and it went about as well as fans were expecting going in. Shoot, he made it out alive!
The main event of the show featured “The Nature Boy” and Andrade El Idolo teaming up to defeat Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett. The finish came when a bloody Flair, who very clearly bladed during the bout, put Jeff Jarrett in a figure four leglock.
Following the match, WWE Hall of Famers The Undertaker, Bret Hart, Mick Foley, DDP, and others showed their respect. Flair then grabbed a microphone and thanked the fans for coming out. He praised the city of Nashville, TN for being one of the greatest wrestling cities in the world and said it was time for him to go out and celebrate by getting “hammered.”
