According to a report from Pwinsider, CM Punk was “banged up” following his match with Jon Moxley at AEW All Out. Once he got backstage, Punk had his elbow checked out by AEW’s doctors.
Additionally, Christian Cage’s match with Jungle Boy was cut short due to an injury to Cage’s arm. Cage was seen wearing an arm brace following the match.
Following his match at AEW All Out 2022, Malakai Black hugged his House of Black tag team partners and bowed to the crowd. Additionally, he blew the fans a kiss off camera. Many saw this as a “farewell” of sorts following the reports that he recently requested his release from the company due to personal issues. AEW President Tony Khan refused to comment on the situation when asked about it during the post-show media scrum.
