Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS pulled in 752,000 viewers, down from the show last week that did 983,000 viewers. They drew a 0.26 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, down from last week’s 0.32.
AEW Dynamite ranked #8 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night. Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics reported the numbers.
This was the lowest ratings AEW has done since the June 15th edition in its normal timeslot. That was expected as it went up against WWE NXT, the opening night of the NBA regular season and an MLB playoff game. It was also not in its normal timeslot.
The episode featured AEW World Champion Jon Moxley vs. Hangman Page, Interim AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm vs. Hikaru Shida, AEW Trios Champions Death Triangle vs. Orange Cassidy & Best Friends, ROH Champion Chris Jericho vs. Dalton Castle, and more.
