Bryan Danielson vs. Miro in a World Championship Eliminator Tournament Finals Match was booked at this year’s AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event in Minneapolis, MN at the Target Center. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Bryan with chops and kicks early. Miro fought back, but Danielson cut him off with a clothesline then drop kicked him to the floor. Miro with a belly-to-belly suplex on the apron. Miro with a series of slams once back in the ring. Miro tossed him into the ring post. Back in the ring, Bryan hit a drop kick off the top rope.
Miro with a german suplex to counter a kneebar. Danielson fought back with a series of kicks. Miro went for his submission finisher, but Danielson reversed and locked in the crossface. Miro got out of it and they traded kicks. Bryan hit a DDT off the top rope then locked in the guillotine choke for the win.
