Inner Circle vs. American Top Team (Dan Lambert, Ethan Page, Scorpio Sky, Junior Dos Santos and Andrei Arlovski) in a Minneapolis Street Fight was booked at this year’s AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event in Minneapolis, MN at the Target Center. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Everyone got some spots in early. JDS hit a standing moonsault. Lambert slapped around Jericho until Jericho backed him up and a brawl broke out. Sammy with a dive to take out Page. The weapons were brought out. Santana and Ortiz with an outside dive. Hager with a dive off the top rope to the floor. Page sent Ortiz into the ring post with a chair. Santanta hit Page with a hockey stick a few times. Lambert tossed Jericho into the barricade. Sammy with a spring board double cutter to Page and Sky.
Sammy with a front senton to Sky for a near fall. Santana and Ortiz with a suplex to JDS off the top rope. Sky was placed on a table and Sammy dove off a very tall ladder. Santana with a dive over a security guard to take out Page on the barricade. Jericho with some chops then went for the lionsault, but JDS hit him and Lambert covered him for 2. Lambert went for the walls, but Jericho hit him with a kendo stick. Jericho hit Lambert in the nuts with a stapler. Jericho with a frog splash to Lambert for the win.
