Orange Cassidy vs. John Silver took place on the main card of the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event in Jacksonville, Florida at Daily’s Place. This match was originally supposed to take place on the pre-show, but was moved on Wednesday due to a decision made by AEW President Tony Khan.
Silver was quick to rip the pockets out of Cassidy’s pants. Silver beat him down for a few minutes until Cassidy made a comeback. Cassidy hit the super punch then his finisher for the win.
