During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, The Gunn Club would team with Max Caster in a losing effort against Danhausen and two mystery opponents. Those mystery opponents would be revealed to be FTR.
It would be Danhausen who picked up the win for his team after the then believed to be injured Anthony Bowens hit Austin Gunn with his crutch when aiming for Danhausen. Danhausen would then take advantage of the situation, picking up the 1-2-3.
Following the conclusion of the match, Billy Gunn appeared to side with Caster and Bowens over his sons, as The Gunn Club left the ring.

Also during the show, we saw TBS Champion Jade Cargill successfully defend her championship against Leila Gray.
Gray, who was making her AEW Dynamite debut, was squashed in quick fashion by Cargill.
Following the bout, Cargill would criticize Stokely Hathaway for not finding her proper opponents. Cargill and Hathaway would then aim their fury at Athena and Kris Statlander.
Following this, Statlander and Athena would hit the ring and attack both Jade Cargill and Kiera Hogan.
Hogan and Cargill would then find an unlikely ally come to their rescue after Hathaway convinced Gray to help the duo. Gray would reach her hand out to Cargill who slapped it away.
