As seen during last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Jake Hager defeated Wardlow to keep his undefeated “MMA” streak alive and well. Hager wound up submitting Wardlow in the second round of their “fight”, which featured an actual octogen surrounding the ring.
Following the match, Shawn Spears attacked Hager. Chris Jericho then came out to even the odds, but he was followed by MJF, who wound up laying out AEW official Dean Malenko. Sammy Guevara eventually came down and cleared the cage of The Pinnacle.
