Jeff Hardy’s next hearing is set for later this month. Hardy was arrested back in June and is facing a number of offenses. Pwinsider reports that his next hearing date will be November 18th.
The charges against Hardy include felony DUI (alcohol or drugs), third offense within ten years, driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked, and violation of restrictions placed on driver’s license. If convicted of the DUI charge, Hardy would face up to five years in prison. He has entered a plea of not guilty.
