As we reported earlier here on eWn, Ricky Starks has requested his release from All Elite Wrestling. Tony Khan reportedly turned that request down.
Fightful Select is reporting that Starks asked for his release months ago, and his contract is currently set to expire in the spring. So he’ll likely become a free agent in a matter of months.
It was added that Starks has not turned down any creative pitches. With that being said, he is blocked from working shows for GCW but is still able to work other independent events.
