AEW’s Bear Bronson appreciates the promotion’s efforts to let talent be their authentic selves and put their own spin on characters.
On Twitter, Bronson responded to a request for one positive about AEW and was delighted to share that the company prioritizes the talent’s authenticity. He wrote,
“We are heavily encouraged by @AEW to be our authentic selves and trusted to put our own spin on our characters.
“There have been times on TV I thought I was being too over the top, only to be told afterwards “We feel like you’re holding back, show us more of that & turn it up!”
Bronson made his AEW debut in December 2020 when he and Bear Boulder lost to The Dark Order during an episode of AEW Dark.
His televised debut was as part of a battle royal at AEW Revolution 2021 though he has yet to win a match on AEW television.
