As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Britt Baker was recently suspended and fined by AEW’s disciplinary committee following a backstage incident involving MJF and his girlfriend, Alicia Atout.
Baker’s legitimate suspension explains why she was absent from Dynamite last week.
Taking to social media, Baker has now responded to the rumors surrounding her backstage controversy with MJF and Atout.
Baker tweeted, “You ever heard a rumor about yourself and actually wanted to hear more. Like no way …. what did I do next?!”
Baker will challenge Mercedes Mone for the AEW TBS Championship at AEW All In: London 2024 on Sunday, August 25, at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
