Fuego Del Sol has shared his issues with his time as part of All Elite Wrestling, but isn’t ready to blame the promotion for these problems.
On Twitter, Del Sol spoke about being with AEW for two years and only having nine TV matches with the company, none of which lasted over ten minutes.
He added that the primary goal in those matches for him was to make others look good, meaning that fans “haven’t really ever seen what I’m truly capable of.”
Despite this, Del Sol made it clear that he doesn’t want his comments to be seen as blaming AEW for his shortcomings in the company. He wrote,
“I’m not blaming AEW for that because in hindsight, I should have fought harder to showcase myself more in matches that I did have. But I’ve always been of the mindset that you play the role that you’re given to the best of your abilities in hopes to earn a better role in the future.”
