Jim Cornette has fired back at a fake press release, supposedly from AEW, alleging that he has been banned from attending all AEW events.
On a recent edition of his “Jim Cornette Experience” podcast, Cornette responded to a fake release that has been shared online. He said,
“It’s cute and somebody, you know, mocked it up and everything to where it looks like one of their press releases… People gloss over, they don’t read with attention, they just kind of scan for words they like.”
Cornette has been critical of several aspects of AEW, including the work of Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, and other long-term AEW talents.
