A documentary centered around AEW World Heavyweight Champion Swerve Strickland is being developed. According to a recent report from Deadline, the documentary will explore Strickland’s collaboration with rapper Flash Garments.
This collaboration happened after Strickland departed from WWE in late 2022, coinciding with Garments’ departure from Kanye West’s crew. Together, they worked on creating an exciting new theme song for Strickland’s entrance in AEW. Leading the production of this documentary will be Kenny and Keith Lucas along with Mookie Thompson.
Swerve is scheduled to defend his AEW World Championship against Will Ospreay on June 30 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door III.
