The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Nigel McGuinness recently sustained a broken index finger, which caused him to miss an episode of AEW Dynamite.
McGuinness was absent from the January 1st ‘Fight For The Fallen’-themed episode of Dynamite but returned for Collision on January 4.
McGuinness spoke about the injury during a comedy and magic performance he held last week, noting that the bone had protruded through the skin.
McGuinness stated that he attempted to try “new things” in his most recent match against Lee Moriarty at ROH Final Battle 2024.
