An AEW on-screen talent is still dealing with the consequences of a moment during a match at Saturday’s AEW All Out 2024 pay-per-view event at the NOW Arena in Chicago, IL.
AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson retained his title against Jack Perry at the event. During the match, Danielson accidentally struck referee Bryce Remsburg with a knee. Following the bout, the Blackpool Combat Club turned on Danielson as Jon Moxley suffocated the champion with a plastic bag.
It turns out that the knee shot has left Remsburg with a legitimate black eye.
Remsburg shared photos of the injury on Twitter and even had to wear sunglasses to avoid questions about it while attending a birthday celebration.
