Ratings Breakdown For AEW Dynamite (4/9/25)

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw an increase in overall viewership and the key 18-49 demographic.

AEW Dynamite drew 659,000 viewers and a 0.17 rating (232,000 viewers) in the 18-49 key demo. The show also drew a 0.14 rating in the 18-34 demo.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has shared a detailed analysis of the numbers, including a breakdown of each quarter-hour.

AEW Dynamite’s viewership in the 18-34 demographic reached its best numbers of the year. However, The male viewership in the 35-49 demographic declined significantly. The show ranked #12 for the day and #3 in its time slot, behind the Lakers vs. Mavericks game and FOX News shows.

Compared to last week, viewership increased by 10.6%, with a 7% rise in 18-49 and a 50.8% increase in 18-34.

Compared to last year, viewership was down 19.5%, with decreases of 42.5% in 18-49 and 34.7% in 18-34.

AEW Dynamite had 64,000 male viewers in 18-34 (up 68.4%), 34,000 female viewers in 18-34 (up 25.9%), 96,000 male viewers in 35-49 (down 17.9%), and 36,000 female viewers in 35-49 (up 9.1%). The overall audience was 69.6% male in the 18-49 category.

Q5: End of eight-man tag/The Hurt Syndicate & MJF segment/Penelope Ford & Megan Bayne promo – 688,000 viewers (up 84,000), 249,000 in 18-49 (up 27,000)

Q6: Thunder Rosa vs. Kris Statlander – 692,000 viewers (up 4,000), 242,000 in 18-49 (down 7,000)
