While Toni Storm has been teasing a confrontation with Wendi Richter for months now, that reportedly won’t be happening anytime soon.
Storm, who has called out Richter at multiple AEW media scrum events, says she wants to face off against the WWE Hall of Famer.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Richter was considered to make an appearance in AEW. However, she is said to be under a WWE Legends Deal which would make an AEW appearance highly unlikely – although not impossible.
Richter recently stated that she would be down to appear in AEW for the right money. It’s worth noting that Rob Van Dam said in August 2023 that he had WWE’s blessing to make appearances in AEW. There is no word on if he’s under a WWE Legends deal, though.
