Toni Storm stands out as one of the most unique characters in AEW, and RJ City claims she can bring any creative project to life.
City assisted Storm in refining her character and innovative aspects, but he mentioned during a recent appearance on the “Eyes Up Here” podcast that it’s entirely Storm’s talent that breathes life into the role.
He said, “I would say taking any credit for Toni Storm is so wrong because she’s so fantastic. At this point, there is no character. I would say this, she makes any piece of s**t work because she’s so talented and so committed. I can come up with dumb ideas all day, I do them every Sunday. It’s her that makes it work.”
Storm recently debuted in CMLL in a losing effort and promised to return to the promotion.
