Saraya To Reportedly Appear On MTV’s Catfish, Big Bill Reveals What He’s Learned From Chris Jericho

AEW wrestler Saraya will be appearing on an episode of MTV’s Catfish. It is said that Saraya will be filming an episode of the reality series for this season.

As of this writing, there is no word on when the episode will air or what Saraya’s role in it will be.

MTV’s Catfish is described as follows:

“Nēv and Kamie take on new cases and focus on the lives of the guests, giving attention to their stories of abuse, disease, racism and more as they find brighter paths forward.”

AEW wrestler Big Bill is currently studying under the Learning Tree of Chris Jericho, and he recently took to Twitter to share what he’s learned under Jericho thus far. You can check out his video below:

Willow Nightingale is set to defend her AEW TBS Championship against Tam Nakano at STARDOM’s ‘Flashing Champions’ event on May 18th, and Taro Okada says that AEW suggested having the match before Double or Nothing 2024.

At a recent press conference, Okada talked about putting the match together. He said,

“I was wondering if there was a way to make this happen, so I contacted [AEW]. And they contacted me and said, “When shall we do it?”. We were talking about whether it would be okay to do it after the PPV, but they said let’s do it right away.”

Willow Nightingale vs. Mercedes Mone will be taking place at AEW Double or Nothing 2024.

El Desperado has nothing but high praise for Blake Christian.

Prior to his match with Christian at NJPW’s ‘Best of Super Juniors 31’ event on May 19th, Desperado opined that Christian reminds him of “a young Will Ospreay.”

You can check out some highlights from the press conference below:

On Blake Christian: “I had the three-way match with him and Hiromu in 2022. That moustache makes him look middle-aged, but he’s actually super young. Their builds are very different, but in terms of what he can do, he reminds me of a young Will Ospreay.”

On the importance of Best of the Super Juniors: “I don’t look at this as just a way to determine the number one contender. In my mind, this is just like the G1 is to the heavyweights. We don’t have a New Japan Cup, all we have is BOSJ every year. So in my opinion, I think of BOSJ as an achievement that’s at least equal to the IWGP title itself.”
