The entire show was finally made available earlier this week on Max and the TNT app.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that neither Tony Khan nor AEW have provided an official explanation beyond the fact that it was a technical issue.
However, the problem is believed to have been caused by a corrupted file.
