On why he won’t watch the Mr. McMahon docuseries: “I will never watch anything Bill Simmons does. He can go suck a d**k.”
On his issues with Bill Simmons: “Bill was very critical of me during the WCW years, and you know what, said some very terrible things. So you know what he can do…there you go…And I had I know he [Simmons] was one of the founders of ’30 for 30,’ I wouldn’t have watched any of them.”
During a recent appearance on the “Rasslin’ with Brandon Walker” podcast, newly crowned AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May commented on her favorite part of defeating Toni Storm to capture the AEW Women’s World Title at the recent AEW All In: London 2024 pay-per-view event.

On her favorite part of winning the title: “Honestly, my favorite part was that I ended Toni Storm’s reign. Winning the championship is amazing — it’s my first world championship — but the fact that I got to destroy Toni Storm was my favorite.”
On earning her win over Toni Storm: “It’s all about Mariah, and not Toni Storm. It gave me extra weeks to get into her head. Toni always felt like she was a mum to me, and I felt like the longer I could drag this out, the more I could hurt her. … I’m pretty sure that’s why I won at Wembley because she is a fantastic wrestler.”
