A new subscription service from AEW’s Mercedes Mone charges $99.99 a month for exclusive text messages with the reigning TBS Champion.
On a recent edition of the “Shootin’ From The Hip” podcast, Vince Russo discussed Mone’s high price and encouraged her to stick at it. He said,
“I got — bro, people can text me through Cameo. They could text me. I think it’s two dollars a text. I think I’m 98 dollars cheaper. Yeah, man.
“Hey, listen. I say this, Chris, honestly — if there are people out there that are going to pay her 99 dollars for a text, take their 99 dollars for the text, man. I’m sorry, man. Nobody’s putting a gun to their head. If they’re willing to pay her that, make the money, man.”
Mone parted ways with WWE in 2022 in controversial fashion. She joined AEW in 2024 and won the TBS Championship in her first match.
Mone is also the reigning Rev Pro British Women’s Champion and held the NJPW Strong Women’s Title until earlier this month.
