Alexa Bliss hasn’t been seen on WWE television since September when she lost her doll Lilly to Charlotte Flair at Extreme Rules. We reported at the time that Bliss would be undergoing sinus surgery and was expected to be kept off TV for “a few months.”
When a fan asked Bliss when she was planning to return to WWE, she noted that she “needs time to heal.”
As of this writing, there is no word on when she’ll be returning.
