Though WWE’s SummerSlam 2021 pay-per-view is currently airing as planned on Peacock, the stadium that is hosting the event is currently suffering from major technical issues.
All payment systems throughout Allegiant Stadium are currently down. WWE SummerSlam 2021 is strictly cashless, which has meant some vendors have been forced to give out their products for free.
In addition to this, both the internet in the concourses of the stadium, as well as the TVs are reported to be down. You can read some of the tweets from those in attendance regarding the issues below:
Current situation at Allegiant Stadium:
– Cashless payment system down
– Concessions stopped
– WiFi dead
– Toilets overflowing
– PA system not working properly
– No pyrotechnics (this is a very big deal for wrestling fans)#WrestleMania— Las Vegas Locally 🌴 (@LasVegasLocally) August 22, 2021
SO:
– payment systems are down across Allegiant Stadium
– the only other info I have is “I don’t know when it will be fixed”
