Fightful have shared a report with details from backstage at this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. They reveal the producers for each match/segment, and share some notes from the tapings in Los Angeles, CA.
The producers for this week were:
- Jon Moxley vs. Hangman Page: produced by Dean Malenko
- JungleHook vs. The Firm: produced by QT Marshall
- Bryan Danielson vs. Konosuke Takeshita: produced by Jerry Lynn
- MJF’s promo: produced by Pat Buck
- Toni Storm & Saraya vs. Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter: produced by BJ Whitmer
- JAS/Ricky Starks/Action Andretti segment: produced by Luther
- The Elite vs. Death Triangle: produced by Christopher Daniels
Adam Cole was listed as “TBD” on internal run sheets. It was a surprise to a lot of people, including folks backstage, when Cole came out for his segment.
Scorpio Sky was not backstage at AEW Dynamite, despite being from LA.
All of MJF’s lines toward Konosuke Takeshita were cleared with Takeshita ahead of time.
The women’s match on AEW Rampage (Willow Nightingale & Ruby Soho vs. Anna JayAS & Tay Melo) was well-received backstage.
