According to sources, the reason the NWA was allowed to use TNA and iMPACT! Wrestling footage in their videos was due to the settlement Anthem and Billy Corgan reached last year. It appears that there is some sort of “working relationship” between the two companies as well. They’ve had “multiple meetings” in recent months regarding how the two companies can work with each other. Corgan is also talking with other companies about possibly working with them as well.

In other news, the lawsuit against filed by Fraley International against iMPACT! Wrestling ended in September 2017 with a ruling against iMPACT!. As previously reported, Fraley sued TNA Entertainment, LLC, so it appears as though Anthem won’t have to pay the judgment. Fraley, which handles importation of merchandise from overseas, sued for money over shipments of TNA merchandise to the United States after production in the Far East. In April of 2017, iMPACT!’s lawyers withdrew from representing the company after the Chancery Court in Nashville gave them permission due to lack of payment. iMPACT! Wrestling never responded or appeared in court after that. There’s no word on what Fraley won or if they collected their winnings.
