According to a report from Dave Meltzer, the Fatal 4-Way match that took place on last night’s WWE SmackDown! Live broadcast, which saw Andrade get a pinfall on WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor, was done to push Andrade even further. The match also featured Ali and Randy Orton. According to sources, there is a lot of support backstage in WWE right now for the Andrade character.
The Andrade vs. Finn Balor feud for the Intercontinental Championship is expected to continue after Money in the Bank. Andrade and Finn Balor are both part of the men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match set for this Sunday night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event.
