According to a report from Fightful, WWE has been having to make changes to their TV storylines due to some recent COVID-19 diagnoses. With the recent outbreak, several talents went into quarantine.

During the day of the “Superstar Spectacle” TV taping for India last month, Baron Corbin was only scheduled to work that TV taping. With several talents being forced to miss the SmackDown TV tapings that took place on the same date, WWE requested Corbin also work the SmackDown broadcast.

Due to this, WWE reignited Corbin’s feud with the Mysterio family, as Corbin defeated Dominik Mysterio in a singles match. As of this writing, there is no word on which WWE SmackDown Superstars were dealing with COVID-19 at that time.

As many of you know by now, Drew McIntyre was diagnosed with COVID-19 last month. He was cleared in time to work the Superstar Spectacle TV taping.
