We reported yesterday here on eWn that Killer Kross requested his release from Impact Wrestling. According to sources, Impact Wrestling is refusing to grant him that release.
In an update on this, Impact attempted to restructure Kross’ deal, but since he signed a contract, they are demanding that he honor it.
Also, Impact Wrestling officials believe that since Kross was signed when there was not interest from WWE or any others at the time, he was trying to use Impact to “raise his profile.” So basically, he’s getting interest from other companies now and that doesn’t mean he can just automatically get out of the contract he signed.
