A report surfaced on Tuesday saying that Impact Wrestling was keeping Killer Kross off television due to his refusal to blade at the Slammiversary pay-per-view event against Eddie Edwards. That report is now confirmed.

According to a report from Fightful, Impact Wrestling is trying to keep Kross off the AAA show in New York City on September 15th. As previously reported here on eWn, Impact Wrestling is allowing AAA to use their promoter’s license and several other amenities for their MSG event. Kross has worked multiple AAA events in Mexico, including their recent TripleMania event.

Impact Wrestling is now trying to keep Kross off the event in fear that he is preparing to sue the company. Kross has reportedly been speaking to Impact via an attorney in recent weeks. He believes Impact is in breach of contract. As of now, Kross has several months left on his current deal and Impact has the option to roll the contract over.
