We reported earlier today here on eWn that WWE’s Chief Financial Officer Kristina Salen has been released from WWE. She will be replaced by Frank A. Riddick III.
According to a report from Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Salen “wasn’t well liked” within WWE and that is likely what led to her departure. Salen is also the reason several employees within the finance department recently chose to leave WWE on their own terms.
As far as Riddick III is concerned, he will now be in charge of the human resources department. This is the same department Salen oversaw following the departure of James Johnston back in April.
Salen joined WWE in August of 2020 and her departure marks the third CFO role she has left in recent years. She worked for Moda Operandi and UnitedMasters prior to joining WWE.
