Backstage News On MJF’s Return To AEW & How He Was Kept Hidden, + More News

As seen at last Sunday’s AEW All Out 2022 pay-per-view event, MJF made his return to All Elite Wrestling.

According to a report from Pwinsider, the “Salt of the Earth” was privately flown to Chicago, IL for the pay-per-view event. Additionally, he stayed in a separate hotel from where the rest of the AEW crew were staying and was kept hidden on a bus until just minutes before his segment on the show.

In other news, several AEW wrestlers will be doing some signings at the upcoming New York Comic-Con, which takes place from October 6th through the 8th at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

When a fan took to Twitter to mock All Elite Wrestling for not giving FTR a tag team title match, Dax Harwood said he found the meme funny but didn’t want people to think he was unhappy. He wrote,

“I want to laugh at this, but if I do, everyone on the internet will spin it as me “being uphappy”. This is genuinely funny, but I WILL NOT laugh.”

Stonecutter Media sent out a press release today, hyping its next pay-per-view event and on-demand availability. The September pay-per-view will look at AEW wrestler Leyla Hirsch.
