According to a report from Bodyslam.net’s Brad Shepard, a “reliable source” says Daniel Bryan won’t ever be returning to the ring in WWE. Shepard says that his source “would know if Bryan was cleared to return for in-ring action”.
As noted several months ago here on eWrestlingNews.com, there were rumors that WWE was building towards a match between Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 34. Several betting websites were even listing Bryan as one of the favorites to win the men’s Royal Rumble match. As you all know by now, Bryan never made an appearance in that match.
