Yesterday, WWE announced two brand new matches for Wrestlemania 36. First, Aleister Black vs. Bobby Lashley, and Raw Tag Team Champions The Street Profits defending their titles against Andrade and Angel Garza. According to a report from Wrestling Observer Radio, there were a lot of ideas for United States Championship matches at WrestleMania, but those likely involved Rey Mysterio.

The report added that, like Dana Brooke, Rey Mysterio is currently in quarantine and won’t be off the show. The AOP likely would have gone up against the Street Profits on the show, but Rezar suffered a torn bicep earlier this month. Dave Meltzer said WWE is “reacting to circumstance” and “mixing things together.” He also said Black vs. Lashley was likely added for no other purpose but to get Black on the show.
