Per a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, many Superstars in the WWE locker room were shocked to hear of 205 Live star Rich Swann’s arrest. Those who knew Swann and his wife, Vannarah, however, expected something like this to happen eventually.
Many who knew Swann and Vannarah (an indy wrestler by the name of Su Yung) during their days on the independent scene described them as “broken” because of the events that transpired in their lives before finding wrestling. Swann and Vannarah were able to find love in one another but their relationship was said to be susceptible to combustibility.
Some Superstars in WWE feel bad for Swann, since his WWE career is now up in the air, there’s a very real possibility this will affect him and his wife financially if he loses his job. Meltzer noted that it’s very possible Swann’s career in WWE is done for good.
