WWE recently stripped Sami Zayn of the Intercontinental Championship due to him refusing to work amidst the current COVID-19 pandemic. According to a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are a lot of people upset by WWE’s decision to strip Zayn of the title.
Meltzer adds that there are people in WWE working for job security despite not being comfortable doing so. This also goes back before the firings and furloughs in April. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more…
