WWE Superstar Ali underwent surgery earlier this week. As of this writing, there is no word on what the surgery was for or what the injury was.
We can confirm that Ali had surgery in Birmingham, Alabama on June 28th, though, and there is no word on how long he will be out of action as of this writing.
WWE had been airing new vignettes promoting a new direction for Ali, but it remains to be seen if they will continue with his recent surgery.
