PlanetaDeporte in Spain reports that Jack Evans and Angelico (AAA and Lucha Underground) were recently approached by WWE officials and offered developmental contracts. The site reports that both men were contacted at least twice in recent months.
Both men reportedly turned down the WWE offers, telling WWE officials that they wanted to continue working for Lucha Underground for as long as they continued to exist. The two were also reportedly approached at a PWG show about signing with WWE. WWE officials Canyon Cemen and William Regal have been in attendance at numerous PWG, ROH and PWS events to scout talent.
