We’ve been reporting here on eWn that AEW has taped all of their TV for the next several weeks, possibly even into next month. The company is currently on a hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
According to Pwinsider, 22-26 matches were taped last week. The matches will air on AEW Dark and AEW Dynamite. AEW is also planning to use some content created by Superstars from their homes. For example, The Young Bucks have a wrestling ring set up at one of their homes in California.
Chris Jericho reportedly put in a “superhuman” effort on commentary last week. He recorded 7-8 hours of footage live.
The following matches are confirmed for tomorrow night’s AEW Dynamite broadcast:
* Shawn Spears vs. Cody in a AEW TNT Title Tournament Match
* Britt Baker vs. Hikaru Shida
* Lance Archer in action
* Chris Jericho on commentary with Tony Schiavone
