As seen during Sunday night’s ROH “Best in the World” pay-per-view event, former WWE Superstar Chelsea Green made her official debut with Ring of Honor.
According to a report from Fightful, Green’s WWE non-compete clause is not yet complete and she had to get clearance from WWE in order to appear on Sunday night’s show. For those unaware, Green was released on April 15th and her 90-day non-complete clause doesn’t expire until tomorrow (Tuesday).
Green will be doing ROH commentary in the coming weeks until she’s cleared to return, which should be in time for the ROH women’s tournament. As of this writing, she doesn’t have an official contract with Ring of Honor.
