According to sources, Ronda Rousey will be taking time off from WWE but it’s likely not permanent. For those unaware, Rousey is signed to a multi-year WWE contract. The post-WrestleMania RAW was scheduled to be Rousey’s final WWE date for awhile but she suffered a broken hand and was kept off the show. Rousey is under contract with WWE until April 10th, 2021.
Rousey has been very open in numerous interviews about her desire to start a family with her UFC fighter husband Travis Browne. With that being said, what happens next with Rousey is going to be up to her and whether she gets pregnant or not. Also, she may return in a part-time capacity from time to time, similar to what John Cena and Brock Lesnar have been doing these days.
