UPDATE: As noted earlier here on eWn, Vince McMahon and Triple H were not backstage at Sunday night’s WWE TLC pay-per-view event. In an update on this, both Vince and Triple H were still both heavily involved in the booking of the show during a production meeting conference call. The show was put together to McMahon’s specifications. The only thing Vince didn’t produce was the announcers and their lines.
WWE RAW and SmackDown Executive Directors Paul Heyman and Bruce Pritchard were in charge of their shows’ respective matches.
ORIGINAL: Vince McMahon and Triple H reportedly missed Sunday’s WWE TLC 2019 event, according to John Pollock of POST Wrestling.
At this time it is unknown who was in charge backstage but it was noted that the two did check in with the WWE officials prior to the event and most likely during it as well.
