Former WWE Champion Big E has said he is okay with the prospect of never wrestling again given the neck injury he suffered earlier this year.
In March, Big E suffered a broken neck when a suplex outside of the ring went wrong.
In an interview with TMZ Sports, Big E was asked about his injury, and if he’d feel content if this turns out to be a career-ending ordeal:
“Yeah, I think so. Honestly, my philosophy as a human being is learning to be content with whatever life brings you. I’m so grateful to not be in a wheelchair, but if I was, I would have to adjust to life in a wheelchair. That’s just how I am programmed.”
Big E has been able to avoid having surgery, and will assist with the upcoming WWE tryouts during Summerslam week.
