MMA fighter Junior Dos Santos will be making his in-ring debut on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
During this week’s show, a six-man tag team match featuring Dos Santos and the Men of the Year (Scorpio Sky & Ethan Page) against Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, and Sammy Guevara was booked for next Wednesday night’s Dynamite broadcast.
The match was made after Dan Lambert’s American Top Team members attacked Sammy Guevara following Guevara’s win over Bobby Fish to retain the TNT Championship. Following the match, Dan Lambert revealed that Jorge Masvidal will be in his team’s corner next week.
AEW Dynamite will be airing next Saturday night on the TNT Network. This is due to the NHL season beginning on TNT next Wednesday.
