Bishamon Capture Vacant IWGP Heavyweight & NJPW STRONG Tag Team Championships

At NJPW Dominion 6.4, Bishamon (Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI) defeated HOUSE OF TORTURE and the United Empire’s Aaron Henare & Great-O-Khan to win the IWGP Heavyweight & NJPW STRONG Tag Team Championships. Both pairs of titles were rendered vacant after Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis (Aussie Open, also a United Empire duo) relinquished them due to an injury to Davis.

This marks Bishamon’s impressive third reign as the IWGP World Tag Team Champions, while simultaneously heralding their inaugural tenure as NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions.

Following the intense match, the newly crowned champions found themselves confronted by Alex Coughlin and Gabriel Kidd, who aligned themselves with the notorious Bullet Club under the moniker of the Bullet Club War Dogs.
