Bobby Fish has said that the Undisputed Era should have gone for longer as part of WWE NXT.
The popular faction came together in 2017 and disbanded in March 2021 when Adam Cole turned and attacked Kyle O’Reilly.
While speaking to Steve Fall of NBC Sports Boston, Fish discussed the group he was once part of.
“The people that made decisions at this time would probably agree that we split apart premature. I think there was more left for us to do as a unit.
“I think that was the plan and then it wasn’t the plan and then it was the plan and then it wasn’t. Then they just weren’t sure what to do. So we pulled the trigger. You learn from your mistakes.”
Fish was released from WWE in August 2021 and signed with AEW that October.
A former NXT Tag Team Champion, Fish recently left AEW after the two sides failed to come to terms on a new agreement.
