Former NWA Mid-America Tag-Team Champion Bobby Fulton has been rushed to hospital tonight, his son has confirmed. Taking to Fulton’s Twitter account, he stated that his father had been taken to hospital after spitting up blood.

Bobby Fulton was diagnosed with throat cancer in December of 2019, something he successfully defeated in June of last year. However, Fulton’s son also confirmed that he had some health complications stemming from his battle with the disease.
During his career, Fulton wrestled for over forty years, this was before his retirement last year at the age of 59.
Various figures from the wrestling world have sent their love and best wishes to the Fulton family in the time since the news broke.
